Before booking we check the residence, contract, handover and fit-out. Brochure plans are types, not available apartments.

Where is the project?

On Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. BNW is the developer; Tonino Lamborghini is an Italian design and lifestyle brand.

Which home types?

Studios, 1–3 BR apartments, penthouses, 3 BR villas and 5 BR mansions. All villa and mansion levels remain in the cards.

Price and handover?

BNW lists from AED 1.69M, planned Q4 2028 (25 Oct 2026). This is the project’s start price; confirm each home’s stock, price and date.

How does payment work?

BNW lists 10% on booking, 60% before completion and 30% on completion. The 60% includes 10% after 30 days and ten 5% instalments. Fees are extra.
